Convert Weebly Website to WordPress CMS
Do you currently have a website created on the weebly website builder and are looking to change it over to WordPress?
Weebly websites are made to provide a cost-effective solution for small businesses / individuals who want to try to create their own website design. To do this they use templates with a drag and drop feature to allow customers to create their own designs.
However because they are templates they are limited as to what you can create with them and it can be a time consuming process to create each page to look how you want it to especially if you are unsure of how you want your design to look.
We believe WordPress to be a better option as it can still be cost-effective but offers much more in terms of support, functionality and search engine optimisation.
Weebly vs WordPress
Weebly websites are ok if you are looking to create a simple site but if you are looking for something more to add to your website you should choose the WordPress Content Management System. We have found customers get frustrated with Weebly as it has limited functionality, for example if you want to add an image gallery to your site but weebly only has one standard image gallery that is used on hundreds of other websites. With WordPress not only are there dozens of options for image galleries but we can edit the style / function of an image gallery to work just how you want it to.
WordPress has a customer friendly user interface for managing content, you don’t need any knowledge of code/programming to change the features of your website and it can be accessed at any time of day on any device with a simple login.
As Weebly uses drag and drop / templates to build their websites they are fairly limited in what they can do, a lot of weebly websites look similar as many customers choose the same templates/designs. With WordPress you can have any design you can imagine, or if you are not the artistic type we can create bespoke designs for you. Why not take a look at our website design portfolio to see what your website could look like.
